“Don’t love me, love my teachings; become ten times greater than me” Yogi Bhajan

Practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation has been a very uplifting and rewarding part of my daily life. As the journey continues I feel more and more the effects of this profound discipline. What gets in the way of any yoga practice that we wish to use as a path of awakening are our daily patterning and habits. Kundalini Yoga is a technology that breaks down these habits and give us new ways of accessing our innate prosperity and a constantly fresh outlook on life.
We are living amongst environmental toxins that pollute our systems and become further ingrained in our lives due to habits that are based deep in our subconscious. Kundalini Yoga teaches a lifestyle through which we can change the environment of our household. A result of this is that we will want to change the interior of our being to take care of ourselves better. To do this we use music; the sound current and vibration of mantra. This is combined with physical exercise to reestablish the breath - our life force - whose expression can grow into the breath of fire which helps us reach inside to find a deep state of wakefulness.
Using Kundalini techniques for cutting through the subconscious mind - especially while the sun is rising in the “Amrit hours” of the morning (before sunrise) - my dedication and practice live with me throughout my day and last as long as I am awake!
I hope you will join me, making an effort to come to Kundalini Yoga classes often and to attend the amazing events that are being held in Boulder throughout the year. Attend sadhana in the early mornings and sign-up for the movement workshops being offered. Put your money towards the wellness of your true self. Take Teachers Training not only to teach, but to more fully reach your potential. Become Healthy, Happy and Whole! Find your best friend! You!

“Love has no limit. Love cannot be limited. Because love takes the infinity and reproduces it within the limited concept of the human being.” - Yogi Bhajan
